Autocar explains its distinguishing features. Limited to 992 units – reflecting the eighth-generation 911’s internal designation – the Heritage Design model costs GBP 1,36,643 (about Rs 1.29 crore) – GBP 26,918 (approx. Rs 25.41 lakh) more than a standard Targa 4S on sale in the UK. Order books up in the market, with the first deliveries set to take place in the autumn (September-October). Technical specifications, including a 0-100kph time of 3.6sec, remain the same as the standard 911 Targa 4S.

Inside, you can choose different leathers, such as Bordeaux red or Atacama beige, Autoweek reveals. There’s also corduroy on the seats and door trims for more 356 throwbacks. When checking engine speed, it will be lit with green illumination, as will the stopwatch on the Sport Chrono Package that is standard on this car. Autoweek also reveals about another unique feature. Finally, Porsche Exclusive will add a metal badge on the trim panel with which limited edition number you own.
