For many, the winter season is quite simply the best season of all. When the cold air hits our homes, out comes the bundles of fuzzy warm clothes and half of our day is spent cozying up inside layers and layers of quilts and binge watching our favourite series. Add some warm chocolate to the mix and we indeed have a season to be jolly about.  However, winters will be long gone in a week or two, so, let’s try to make the most of it while this lasts. Use these recipes for easy chocolate based drinks to keep you feeling warm and cozy before the summer heat strikes again.

Skip your usual tea or coffee this evening and make yourself a mug of good old hot chocolate.

Process: Whisk together the cocoa, sugar, salt, and about 2 tablespoons milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until the cocoa and sugar are dissolved.
