For making this mask, combine one portion curd with about 2 spoons honey and 3-4 spoons of olive oil. And apply with a hair brush or with your bare hands, leave it for at least 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
- The simple Vitamin E and Aloe Vera Mask
Vitamin E is an essential vitamin for hair and skin. And, it has anti-oxidant properties and is a great natural hair nutrition. Aloe Vera too is a naturally extracted plant produce. Vitamin E and Aloe Vera mask is great for providing nutrition to the hair. Both these ingredients are easily available. Not only this, both of them help in enhancing shine and reduce breakage. Aloe Vera gel and Vitamin E can easily be brought from a drug store near you.
For making this mask, mix 2 tablespoon aloe vera gel with 2 capsules of vitamin e. Apply on the hair for 30 minutes before rinsing off with water.
- Magic Mask with Banana, Curd and Honey
Bananas are a rich source of vitamins, potassium, carbohydrates and various other essential minerals. Also, they are said to control hair fall, hair damage and dandruff. This mask would undoubtedly be my favourite since results have been really great.
For making this mask, all you have to do is mash 1 ripe banana with 1 tablespoon of curb and 1 of honey. A thick mixture would be prepared. Add vitamin E capsules too if you want to. And apply thoroughly and leave on the hair for about an hour. Wash it off by using a mild shampoo and the end product would be lustrous and healthy hair.
- Unique Fenugreek and Coconut Oil mask
For those who don’t know, Fenugreek (popularly known as Methi in India) is rich in protein and nicotinic acid. Also, it prevents breakage and brightens up the hair. And, coconut oil is one of the best hair oils for voluminous hair.
For this mask, blend and reduce to powder one small bowl of fenugreek. Heat up the coconut oil and mix it with fenugreek powder. Let it rest for 5 minutes. And then, gently apply this mask from roots till the ends for about 45 minutes. Rinse it off with a mild shampoo and you are good to go.
- Egg and Yoghurt mask
Most of us know that egg is an amazing hair supplement. Eggs are vital for hair growth since they are protein rich. Also, they add volume and shine to the hair. When mixed with yoghurt, they make hair smooth and silky.
To make this mask, mix an egg with 2 tablespoon yoghurt. Apply on your scalp thoroughly for an hour. Rinse it off with a shampoo. Also, if you apply this mask twice a week for a month, you can definitely see the wonders yourself.
