Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant finally tied the knot on July 12, 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, surrounded by close family and friends. Mehendi is an important symbol of celebration and beauty for the Indian bride and so for her pre-engagement mehendi, Radhika Merchant chose a fuchsia lehenga from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The multi-coloured lehenga featured floral booties handmade with fine resham and mirror embroidery. She completed the look with green polki jewellery and a pleated ponytail decorated with twigs of baby’s breath.
Engagement Ceremony
For her engagement with her childhood love Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant opted for a gold Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga with a cocktail glamorous beauty look. With a half-up half-down hairstyle, diamond chains, and mang tika she looked like a regal princess in the outfit.
Pre-Wedding in Jamnagar
During her pre-wedding in Jamnagar, Radhika Merchant served two traditional looks, each bolder and brighter than the other. An outfit from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla Couture, the lehenga was an elegant mix of pastels and colours with a hand-embroidered tissue skirt adorned with Swarovski crystals. She completed the look with an off-the-shoulder crystal blouse and a stunning dupatta.
Haldi Ceremony
Daughter of business tycoon Viren Merchant, Radhika Merchant wore two astounding outfits for her haldi ceremony. One was the viral Anamika Khanna yellow embroidered lehenga set. Paired with the phool dupatta made with 90 marigold flowers and 1000 tagar kalis by the Floral Art Design Studio.
For her haldi after party, the bride-to-be adorned another gorgeous rusted pink Anamika Khanna lehenga with white embroidery and scalloped outline.

Garba Raas
Radhika’s purple Garba Raas outfit created much chatter online. Well, it was a custom Rahul Mishra lehenga from designer Jigya Patel’s collection. With a blend of handcrafted pearl, marodi and mochi work she looked radiant in the look. The highlight of the outfit was surely the motif of Lord Shrinathji all over the lehenga.

For her bridal mehendi ceremony, Radhika Merchant chose an enchanting Tarun Tahiliani lehenga. The mutli-coloured lehenga was made in Banjara and Kutch styles and was paired with colourful accessories and jewellery to compliment it.

For the D-day, Radhika chose an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga as a bride. The bridal lehenga had an ivory zardozi cut-work design with a trailing ghagra, a detachable second trail. The lehenga shimmered with three red borders, showcasing intricate naqshi, saadi and zardozi work.
Vidai Ceremony
After sticking by the Gujarati traditions of wearing a red and white lehenga, Radhika Merchant chose a sindoori red Manish Malhotra lehenga for vidai ceremony. She wore a stunning backless blouse with gold Karchobi work and a brocade silk lehenga paired with a Banarasi silk dupatta, lattice-design veil and heirloom jewellery.
Shubh Ashirwad Ceremony
For her Shubh Aashirwad ceremony, Radhika Merchant chose a lehenga that was literally a work of art. This Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga was hand painted by artist Jayasri Burman for a month! The 12-panel lehenga contained human figurines representing Anant and Radhika and had motifs of lotus, swans, and elephants signifying the couple’s mutual love for the wild. The lehenga, embroidered with real gold zardozi and sequins, was paired with a Resham blouse and a flowing dupatta, completing her enchanting look.
Reception Ceremony
For her reception ceremony, the new Ambani bride did not disappoint with her fashion choice. Her first outfit was a mix of Anamika Khanna and Dolce & Gabbana. She wore a metallic gold corset blouse from Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda Sardegna 2024 collection, paired with a satin gold skirt and a matching embroidered dupatta.
