Deepika will be seen playing the role of Malti, inspired by a real-life acid attack survivor whose name is Laxmi Agarwal. The trailer of the film is out already and it looks immensely promising. The trailer was aptly released on the World Human Rights Day. Coming from the makers of superhit films like Raazi and Talvar, the film Chhapaak is expected to be a success too. A sweet love story between Malti and Amol can also be discerned through the trailer.
