A Passenger on Chennai – Coimbatore flight tests Coronavirus positive. Over 100 were on board that flight on Day 1 of resumption of flights in India on Monday
The Passenger who travelled from Chennai to Coimbatore on an IndiGo flight on the first day of the resumption of domestic air service has tested positive for Coronavirus. “He is currently quarantined at ESI state medical facility at Coimbatore, no one else was seated in his vicinity, ” IndiGo said. “The operating crew has been grounded for 14 days,” it added.
The Government has resumed domestic flight services after a nearly two months break because of lock-down due to corona-virus pandemic.
