All you need to do is to lie on your backs, knees bents feet flat on the floor, and your arms should be lying by your side. Then you need to push your feet raining your abdominal area upwards and make sure that your hips are fully extended. This helps you with a generic warm-up routine.

Well, we’re basically talking about stationary lunges here, and while speaking of lunges they tend to help your thigh muscles to strengthen up and they also make sure of a daily fitness routine. All you require to do is to put your right foot forward first flat on the ground and the other foot behind. The next step is to bend both your knees and lunge properly to feel the muscles expanding. You can also try this exercise with fumbles in your hand but after a point of time.

Chair squats

Squats are one of the most beneficial exercises for your core and legs. You will see the difference in your body if you’re doing this exercise daily. The thing with chair squats is that all you need is a chair to perform this exercise. There are many variations of this exercise. Let’s discuss the basic version, you just have to stand with your feet apart and bend your knees, lower back until they touch the chair. Then get up to your standing position.

Knee pushups
