Day 5 at the second digital edition of India Couture week 2021, witnessed three of the most splendid designers- Varun Bahl, Reynu Taandon, and Falguni Shane Peacock. Let us have a look at all three of these designers and their chic couture line for the fifth day in detail.
‘Zuri- beauty lies within’ by Reynu Taandon
To begin with, we have ‘luxury personified’ in the form of Reynu Taandon’s beautiful couture line by the name of ‘Zuri- beauty lies within’. Chitrangda Singh, the hotshot actress turned showstopper for the designer. The collection was inspired by the virtues of eternal bliss and the charms of nature, from pretty pastels to all other vibrant colours depicting feminine beauty in one of the most profound ways. Sharara suits to picture-perfect lehengas the collection offers it all.
‘Memory/Mosaic’ by Varun Bahl
This collection by Varun Bahl seems more like a touch of bohemian art and culture. His designs aimed at dedicating an ode to the timeless and crafty pieces of ever-evolving fashion. He decided to take up his previous designs and recycle or up-cycle them into a brand new couture line. Varun Bahl made sure to portray his signature floral designs and he sure did send us back to a memory lane to remember what his previous collection was like. From floral sarees, suits, mid-length dresses, lehengas, and even overcoats were all a part of his splendid collection.
‘Love is’ by Falguni Shane Peacock
Well, we haven’t been unaware of the charms of Falguni Shane Peacock and their exemplary collection, and even on the fifth day of India Couture Week 2021, the designers swept the show with their splendid couture line. Ace actress Shraddha Kapoor turned muse for the designers, and their collection seems to indicate the magnificent essence of love by seeking inspiration from Taj Mahal, the true notion of love. Their couture line is intricately carved out by more than 200 craftsmen with their prolific hand embroidery. Furthermore, Falguni Shane Peacock aimed at depicting all the pastel hues, ivory whites, and of course, the regal reds,
