Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar say ‘Qubool Hai’

Actor Gauahar Khan and social media influencer Zaid Darbar are now married as on December 25. Gauahar took to Instagram to share pictures from the wedding. She wrote, “QUBOOL HAI. @zaid_darbar,” along with a heart emoji. She added their wedding hashtag – #GaZabKaHaiDin – along with several others like ‘GaZa’ (an amalgamation of their names), ‘wedding’, ‘love’, ‘family’ and ‘togetherness’.

Gauahar and Zaid’s wedding took place in Mumbai on Friday afternoon. The wedding was an intimate affair. Close family and close friends attended the affair. The couple looked straight out of a fairy tale – the actress wore a gorgeous off-white outfit, which she paired with a heavy dupatta and jewellery. Zaid Darbar looked dashing in an ivory sherwani. A video from Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar’s nikaah has also surfaced on social media. In the clip, shared by several fan pages for and to the actress, the couple is enjoying and having a hearty laugh together.

The Mehendi Ceremony

The couple also celebrated their Mehendi ceremony, which was organised at ITC Grand Maratha in Andheri East, Mumbai. They lit up Instagram on Friday by sharing pictures from their Mehendi ceremony. The photos are as stunning as the couple. Gauahar Khan looked pretty in a Mayyur Girotra ensemble while Zaid Darbar complemented her in green.

Music composer Ismail Darbar also performed at the duo’s Mehendi ceremony. He sang the track Tadap Tadap Ke from the film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Pictures and videos from the Mehendi ceremony have been doing rounds via several fan pages on social media. “Mehendi Masti,” the couple captioned their respective posts.

The Reception Ceremony

They also hosted their friends and family to a lavish reception party on Friday night. And now, the first set of pictures from the duo’s wedding reception have surfaced on the internet. They looked like a match made in heaven as they stepped out looking stunning in their reception outfits.
