TV brides are getting quite experimental at weddings and are going all out with their beautiful bridal looks. Following Mouni Roy’s elegant south Indian and Bengal wedding looks, the next bride of this new year was Karishma Tanna who looked more than pretty at her wedding. With three different  bridal looks she really stole the internet with each of them being unpredictable and fun which we loved! Here’s a breakdown of her bridal style at her wedding.

The Bollywood actress tied the knot with businessman Varun Bangera on the 8th of January and their outfits did not disappoint.

Haldi ceremony

Her adorable pictures from the pre-wedding functions are making us stop and stare at her in admiration. For haldi, the actress dazzled in a white sharara set making her appear as one of the most stylish brides-to-be. Her strappy kurti featured intricate embroidery work, sequined details and mirror work all over. Her sharara pants too show similar embroidery patterns all over.

Karishma took a dupatta that showcased golden kiran at the borders and matching tassels at the corner of the borders. Her floral jewellery in white including fresh tagar kali mathapatti, hathphool with kaleere and earrings further accentuated her looks.

Mehndi ceremony

Going by pictures posted on her Instagram, Karishma held her mehendi ceremony in a beautiful Punit Balana lehenga in a sunny shade of yellow. The sleeveless blouse and matching skirt featured white embroidery, along with a glitter scallop trimmed dupatta draped over her shoulder.

Her choker necklace and earrings added glint to the outfit. Karishma wore her hair in waves, half pinned at the back with flowers tucked behind her ear.

The wedding

As Karishma entered the venue, an audio is played in which, she said, “My dearest Varun, as I walk towards you today, my heart is filled with nothing but love and gratitude. This one is for you because truly kinna sona tainu rab ne banaya.” It was followed by the song by Rashmeet Kaur. She further added that, “Baby can we skip to the good part”, as she did a special performance on ‘Sajna’ by Badshah. She ended the dance performance as she presented a pink rose to her beau.

Ditching the obvious choice of red, Karishma Tanna’s powder pink lehenga was doused with delicate crystals Making a strong case for bridal sets in soothing hues was Tanna’s all-eyes-on-me powder pink lehenga by Falguni Shane Peacock. It featured a full-sleeved blouse and a glorious structured skirt that bore delicate crystal work in varying patterns all over the bodice. She paired the set with a sheer dupatta in the same hue that added a touch of fluidity to the structured silhouette.
