2020 has been tough for all of us. We all are getting a bit anxious as well as bored sitting at home. Our daily routines have gone out of the window. What started off as a short break from the world outside has led us to a full-fledged work from home spree. But even during this time, one needs to be sane and focus on self care. In order for the body to function properly you need to check your fluid intake. Plus, this harsh climate makes it all the more important to hydrate your body. Bonus tip: it also keeps your skin hydrated and glowing. Henceforth, the best way to beat the heat and hydrate your skin is to drink at least three litres of water daily. You can also add a dash of delicious flavour to your dull and drab water. Add a few slices of lemon/cucmber/any fruit of your choice to the water. Store this in a jug for about a few hours and bam! Your fruit-infused water is ready. You can also prepare smoothies.

Eat Well. Build Immunity

This time doesn’t mean that you will skip your meals at all. Quarantine only means that you need to take care of yourself more than you did before. Remember, there is no substitute to healthy nutrition. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. To be more productive, one needs to eat healthy and stay strong. Include immunity boosting elements into your diet. Turmeric, lemon, ginger, onion etc. are really good to boost your immunity. Stay away from junk and oily food. Your body will thank you later.
