The schedule for FDCI X Lakmé Fashion Week 2025 has just dropped. Anamika Khanna to open.
In partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India or FDCI, Lakmé Fashion Week will be celebrating its 25th anniversary. The official Fashion Week of India has been bringing Indian fashion together every year for the last 25 years since 1999, marking a significant milestone for the fashion industry in our country. The event will be presented by the House of Lakmé, FDCI and Reliance Brands.
The summer resort will be held in Mumbai from 26th March to 30th March, while the winter showcase at Lakmé Fashion Week usually takes place in Delhi in October. Each year the platform features numerous prominent designers from the industry as well as emerging talents and groundbreaking collaborations that help shape the future of the fashion and beauty industry.

This year’s exciting schedule for Lakmé Fashion Week starts with a Grand Opening show by designer Anamika Khanna presenting her pret label AK|OK Anamika Khanna on the evening of 26th March. Leading couturiers Tarun Tahiliani and Shantnu Nikhil will be showcasing their pret labels on the runway, OTT Tarun Tahiliani and S&N by Shantnu Nikhil respectively.
One of the most exciting events of Lakmé Fashion Week, NIF Global presents GenNext will inveil three emerging talents this year—Abhichiq, That Antique Piece and Quarter. The talent discovery programs NIF Global ‘The Runway’, FDCI X Pearl Academy ‘First Cut’ and the Emerging designer showcase with Stoique and Mohammed Mazhar will also contribute towards unveiling more emerging talents in the industry, promising a bright future of Indian fashion.

ASOS, the British fashion powerhouse is all set to debut on the Indian runway at FDCI X Lakmé Fashion Week 2025. ASOS brings their signature bold and trendy style with a fresh global aesthetic to Indian fashion. Other big names in the lineup are Rahul Mishra, Amit Aggarwal, Faluni Shane Peacock and Khadi India. The five-day-long celebration of fashion and beauty will come to an end with the talented designer Somya Goyal showcasing at Nexa presents ‘The Spotlight’.
