Sweet And Sour Mango Chutney

You need sweet and sour mangoes for this recipe to invoke that zingy taste to your marmalade. Cook your mangoes for 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Then add cardamom pods, grated ginger, clove powder, cinnamon powder and sugar, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Mango Kulfi

Simmer milk on a low flame for at least 15 to 18 minutes till the milk reduces and thickens. Then add sugar and let it dissolve. Then mix the rice flour with milk to a smooth paste. Also, add the cardamom powder. Then cook till the mixture thickens. Then switch off the flame and add almond paste or almond powder/meal. Once cooled, add the mango puree and sliced pistachio. Peel, chop 3 large mangoes and add them to the blender or mixer jar. And then just add milk accordingly. Add 2 to 3 tbsp sugar in the blender jar. Blend to a smooth thick milkshake. Pour this thick mango milkshake in glasses till you have enough space at the top for ice cream scoops. Place one or two vanilla or mango ice cream scoops.
