The month of May has been very fashion-oriented. Two of the biggest ‘fashion carnivals’ in some sense – The Met Gala and Cannes just concluded in the last month and our eyes have been blessed with some of the most iconic looks of all time. Reminiscing the month of May as the most visually-treating month in terms of colours seen on celebrities, we have listed some of the best-dressed celebrities from the past month in no particular order –
1. Deepika Padukone
She is the QUEEN! Full marks to her for trying different stuff, experimenting, and also rocking current trends. She graced us with many looks last month, and each one of them – from the red carpet to airport look – was as ‘camp’ as it can get. She rocked the tulles, coloured eyeliner, headbands, power-suit, neon street style, denim on denim, you name it and she styled it. She definitely tops the list for striking it on-point.
2. Diana Penty
Our cover girl, Diana Penty, attended Cannes this year, and she did make some explicit fashion statements. She was on the top of her game while attending the French Riviera Carnival. Gaudy gold tassels, delicate white ethnic, big bows, ruffles; she ticked them all with utmost grace. All hail the diva that is Diana!
3. Ranveer Singh
I mean he is Ranveer Singh, there is no right or wrong when he dresses up. It’s only him and the art that is dressing-up. There is no colour he can’t rock, no style he is shy of trying, no particular way of dressing. He is experimental, and he is a sartorial genius. He is one of the best dressed any month. His colour palette is the one to die for. Best dressed, any day of any month of any year!!
4. Sonam Kapoor
May has been a very busy month for our favourite style diva of Bollywood – Sonam Kapoor. But she was a vision in each of her outfits she wore last month. She attended Cannes and her cousin’s wedding among other events, and she styled looks straight off the runway. Her outfits from Sabyasachi’ latest ‘Kashgaar Bazaar’ were just phenomenal. And as always, she ruled Cannes!
5. Kareena Kapoor Khan
Wherever she goes, whatever she wears, glamour just oozes out in all her looks. She has been attending a lot of events lately, and all her looks are so different from each other, yet so glamorous in their own way. What a beauty, this woman!
6. Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif has been promoting ‘Bharat’ these days and she has been donning the most gorgeous floral looks for the same. Her looks are refreshing and charming at the same time. She has induced floral wonderfully in both her ethnic and western looks alike. She is a dream to look at in these looks.
