Cricketer Hardik Pandya and actor-model Nataša Stanković Pandya celebrated Valentine’s Day with the renewal of their vows this year at The Raffles Udaipur Resort in Rajasthan. The pair tied the knot in 2020 amid the pandemic and decided to embark on their love lavishly this year. The ceremonial celebration was a three-day affair from Feb 14-16. The couple exchanged their wedding bands in Udaipur, a popular celebrity wedding destination, in the presence of family and friends, including MS Dhoni, KGF star Yash, Ishaan Kishan, Yuzvender Chahal and a rumoured attendance of duos Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma and KL Rahul-Athiya Shetty.
The White Wedding
On the day of love, February 14, Stanković and Pandya exchanged their vows as the bridesmaid and groomsmen cheered the couple dressed ivory and ebony. Stanković donned a custom white dress designed by Shantanu and Nikhil. It included a 15-foot-long veil, a corseted bodice embellished with natural pearls, and a delicate ‘N (heart) H’ design that stretched over the long tulle sleeves. Pandya looked sharp in a black suit with a white shirt, a black bow, and a black floral pattern on one of the collars.
The Pre-Wedding Ceremonies
Haldi and mehendi ceremonies were a subtle and minimal affair. Stanković went for a bohemian look while Pandya matched their son Agastya in pink. The couple’s unpretentious couture added to the aesthetic appeal of the ambience. Immersed in love and the festivity of their wedding ceremonies, the couple was witnessed posing for the camera.
For sangeet, the duo chose a white accent in particular for their clothes and tastefully harmonised their looks. Pandya opted for a sheer navy-blue velvet bandh gala, while Stanković wore a delicate sage green lehenga. Holding hands, the couple made their way into the venue and took over the dance floor. They also posed for several portrait pictures before sealing the deal on stage with a kiss.
The Pandya couple shared frames from their royal wedding on social media with the caption “Now and Forever”. The images showed them exchanging garlands, participating in saath pheras, and relishing the time of their lives while Pandya placed sindoor on Stanković forehead. Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla created the clothing for the pair’s Hindu ceremony exclusively. Stanković wore an exquisite lehenga, while Pandya wore an off-white sherwani. Whilst helping with traditions, the groom’s brother Krunal and his wife were frequently photographed alongside the newlywed’s son Agastya having a blast at his parents’ wedding. Stanković changed for pheras into a red chamois satin saree with a stunning jadau top, draped with an organza dupatta.
