On Day 2 of Lakme Fashion Week 2025, Nushrratt Bharuccha brings the right amount of edgy glam on the runway as a showstopper.
The silver jubilee of Lakme Fashion Week x FDCi is going on in full swing. The event is seeing one celebrity after another gracing the runway, showcasing the outstanding creations by esteemed designers as well as newcomers in Indian fashion. While the opening day saw Ananya Panday walking for AK|OK by Anamika Khanna, the second day was not behind. Lakme Fashion Week Day 2 was filled with celebrity showstoppers like Nushrratt Bharucha, Karishma Kapoor, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Leander Paes.
Yesterday at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai, the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety famed actress walked for NIF Global ‘The Runway’, promoting sustainable fashion with a high-street chic ensemble. Nushrratt, whose film Chhorii 2, starring Soha Ali Khan, teaser released just a couple of days ago, owned the moment with her confident walk. She was dressed in a structured grey corset paired with black wide-leg pants. She layered the outfit with a cropped, full-sleeve blazer and accessorised with silver hoops, black boots and dramatic hair and makeup.

The NIF Global ‘The Runway’ at FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week was a stunning showcase of futuristic fashion, playful textures, bold cut-outs and structured silhouettes curated by the rising designers in our country, promising a bright future for Indian couture.
Bengal superstar and veteran actor Prosenjit Chatterjee and pro tennis player Leander Paes walked the runway for Roy Calcutta, dressed in men’s fine ethnic wear featuring dhoti and kurta. Bollywood diva Karishma Kapoor walked as a showstopper for Lakmē Salon x Satya Paul presents Alchemy.
