You can also add a dash of fruity punch to your dull and drab water. Add a few slices of lemon/cucmber/any fruit of your choice to the water. Store this in a jug for about a few hours and bam! These works will not only take care of your mental health, but will also cheer you up like anything. Quarantine doesn’t mean that you will skip your meals. It only means that you need to take care of yourself more than ever before. There is no substitute to healthy nutrition. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. As a result, to be more productive, one needs to eat healthy and stay strong. Include immunity boosting elements into your diet. Turmeric, lemon, ginger, onion etc. are really good for boosting your immunity. Eat wholesome foods and stay away from junk and oily food. Detox your system, your body will thank you later.

Dance, Dance Baby!!!

Keep those happy hormones flowing and dance on a tune of your own. Down forget to get some sunshine and exercise. Lock down doesn’t mean that you will take your fitness routine lightly or even worse send it flying across the window. Try yoga and some light exercises within the comfortable environs of your home. You will not only feel happier but your skin will glow like anything. So, no matter what you do, don’t take your fitness for granted. Those extra kilos will be hard to shed later on.
