Double Pulse Squat

Now, slowly bend down your knees by pressing your hips back. You need to squat till the time the thighs come equivalent with the floor. You need to squat again by lifting up your hips a few inches up, now jump straight up by pushing through the heels. This needs to be followed by landing with your knees marginally bent and get back into the squat position. Duplicate the exercise till you complete the entire set.

Aerial Yoga

Frog Jumps

To perform these movements one must follow instructions like sitting back with your feet placed in a wide stance and with your toes turned out at an angle. Land on your toes and squat by jumping forward and up. Return to the position from where you started by jumping back. This back and forth movement should be repeated till you finish the entire set.

Lunge Kicks

Lunge Kicks are exercises that helps you work on your legs and glutes, lend a great cardio boost, thus enhancing your firmness and flexibility. Start the exercise with your feet placed together, you then need to step back with your right leg and lunge. Now kick your right leg up, as you slowly come up. Come back to the starting position and replicate with your left leg. Keep interchanging legs until the set is completed and accomplished.
