Wouldn’t it be really brilliant if every day was meant to be a good hair day? Alas! That’s impossible. Facing the truth, we all know that despite shampooing and conditioning, massaging your scalp with the best of the nutrient-rich hair oils and hair serums, there are days when your hair doesn’t lift up your mood.  Even hairstylists have bad hair days too. And, is there anyone who wants to look clumsy and untidy on a bad hair day? After all, hair plays an important role in contributing to your daily look. Henceforth, here is a compilation of very easy hairdos which can disguise your bad hair days for those times when you are left with no other options.

Braid your hair, the easiest trick

Are you a braid lover? Even if you are not, then also put this in your knowledge that braiding helps your hair look simple and stylish and is one of the closest friends of every hair type at times of need. You will definitely look good doing it. The fishtail takes a bit more mastering, but a traditional French braid will do just the trick. This doesn’t have to mean one big braid either. Braid your bangs back, try a half braid, heck you can even wear two braids! The fun thing about braids is they are so versatile that you can wear them absolutely anywhere, for any occasion. There are millions of YouTube tutorials to help you out to make the best braid and flaunt your bad hair day too.

The ponytail is the magic

Arabia Weddings

A bad hair day is a perfect excuse to rock a sleek ponytail! Start by applying Hairspray to a fine-tooth comb, then use it to pull your hair back and smooth out any lumps. Secure your hair with some hair tie you prefer. For something a little more ‘done’, hide your hair tie by grabbing a tiny section of hair from your ponytail, wrapping it around the hair tie and securing it with a bobby pin. If you are in the ‘undone’ look, then simply pull on your ponytail and run your fingers along your hairline to pull out those baby hairs.

Friendship with Bobby pins

This is exactly as simple as it sounds. What you want to do here is, grab all of your hair at once, hold it tight up against your head, then place Bobby pins to secure. This is the coolest trick for pretty much all lazy days. Sometimes twist some of your hair first and then Bobby pin. It ends up looking like an expensive updo and surprisingly, people will be asking you all day if you had your hair done at the salon.

The sock bun is fun

All Things Hair

Sock buns are the best way to look like you tried really hard on your hair that morning. Now you can pick up those little mesh doughnuts as they make sock buns a hundred times easier. If you are looking for a way to really dress it up, style your sock bun higher than usual and add a tiny bow in the back underneath the bun. It ends up reminding you that you’re totally cute and romantic.

A hat is the other way around

Hats can change the look of any outfit easily.  Wintertime is the perfect time to try out a cute knit hat. Going out in the spring or summer? Then, try a fedora! A baseball cap is perfect for those busy weekend errands. You can even add a low bun in the back or on the side for a cute yet casual look on a bad hair day.
