They say marriages are made in heaven. Two hearts that are meant to be together will eventually find their way to each other. One such coincidence is Yash Karwa and Bhavna Jhanwar, who were fated to be one. The couple immediately knew it was the beginning of their life story when their families brought them together. The couple had a glorious destination wedding on 26th January 2023 at Gathbandhan Lawn in the presence of the whole family and well-wishers — approx 500 guests arrived at the wedding.
Ring Ceremony & Sangeet
The duo chose glitz and glam as a theme for their sangeet that had everyone tapping their feet at Convergence BallRoom at Crowne Plaza, Jaipur. The bride dazzled in a sparkly pastel pink gown, and complemented the look with a diamond princess necklace making her entry together with her groom, who looked dapper in his sequin back tuxedo as they danced the night away. Singer Purva Mantri known for popular songs Lathe di Chadar and Raanjhan Ve, lit the stage with her performance at the after-party.
Cirque D’Amour
For haldi and mehendi, the duo chose a fun floral theme with crystals and lavenders brightening the day. The blushing bride wore a bespoke powder blue lehenga with heavy floral embroidery and a pink dupatta. Karwa donned a traditional cornflower blue kurta, paired it with white trousers. The budding love was evident when the couple celebrated their gala time with families in attendance, during the ceremonies.
The Wedding
The couple exchanged their vows in a one-of-a-kind lavish wedding ceremony at Gathbandhan Lawn — tastefully decorated to match the aesthetics of both bride and groom. As Karwas made their way with the procession dancing in glee, the baraat was greeted with the bursting of firecrackers by team Jhanwars at the receiving end. The newlyweds went with a pink colour scheme for their wedding ensembles. Jhanwar looked spectacular in a sight to behold as she sported ‘Yash Ki Dulhan’ on one of her multiple dupattas on a heavily embellished magenta lehenga. Karwa chose an ivory embroidered sherwani set and a layered emerald necklace to complement the look.
