Daughter of the popular Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap, Aaliyah Kashyap got married to her long-time boyfriend Shane Gregoire in Mumbai on December 11th, 2024. Surrounded by their family and friends, the bride walked down the aisle to a teary-eyed groom as seen in the series of photos shared by the now-married couple in a joint post on Instagram. Captioned with “now and forever ”, the post showcased emotional and beautiful moments from the wedding ceremony including the couple’s kiss post the varmala and their wide smiles during the ceremony.
For her big day, the YouTuber and content creator chose to wear the Bloom Couture Lehenga by designer Tarun Tahiliani. The lehenga featuring a lace-embroidered jaal with floral hues, kasab work and zardozi accents, was paired with a statement TT blouse and a drape adorned with 3D floral highlights. Shane complemented his bride in a classic sherwani by the same designer, showcasing multi-coloured silk thread embroidery, embellished with pearls and sequins.

Aaliyah’s wedding was a star-studded affair with her bridesmaids being actress Khushi Kapoor, influencers Sakshi Shivdasani, Kareema Barry, Muskan Chanana and more. Additionally, director Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Kashyap’s second wife Kalki Koechlin, Khushi Kapoor’s rumoured boyfriend Vedang Raina were also a part of the wedding.
On the same day, Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane Gregoire hosted a fun-filled wedding reception for their loved ones. The couple followed a co-ordinated theme of gold and black with Aaliyah adorning a gold corset top paired with a draped skirt and Shane stunning in a black suit featuring a black shirt, straight-fit trousers and an embellished front open dinner jacket with satin lapels. The wedding reception of the newly-weds was attended by their friends from the industry including the newlywed couple Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya, Suhana Khan, Orry, Alaya F, Agastya Nanda with Abhishek Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui with his daughter, Meezan Jafri and more.
