VoiceCon 2025 Lights Up Jaipur with Voices, Fun and Learning

Dive into VoiceCon 2025 and see how energy, collaboration and storytelling came alive like never before.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when India’s top anchors, RJs and voice artists unite under one roof, let me take you on a ride through VoiceCon 2025. Imagine Jaipur’s Ananta Soa and Resorts buzzing with over 300 creative souls, laughter echoing in the halls, microphones crackling and conversations that spark inspiration at every corner. Yep, it was that kind of get-together.

From the moment guests arrived, the energy was contagious. Day one kicked off with a smooth check-in and hearty lunch, because let’s face it, nothing powers up a room full of anchors and RJs like good food. Right after, everyone jumped into a team-building session—RAA Roadies, orchestrated by the award-winning Team Builders India, led by Sahil Bjaj. And trust me, it was anything but ordinary. These weren’t your average icebreakers; think games that got everyone strategising, laughing and forming instant bonds. By the end of it, even the quietest voice artist had found their tribe.

Day 1: Music, Dance and Vibrant Energy

VoiceCon 2025

As the evening rolled in, the resort transformed into a melodic playground. The Sufi Soiree, grandly welcomed by Nazakat Bhai and his team, kicked off with Swaraag, an Indo-western fusion band that effortlessly blended soulful Sufi with contemporary vibes. It was magical; if music can feel like a warm hug, this was it. Later, Sonamazing brought the retro chilli, adding a nostalgic twist, while the afterparty, powered by DJ Veronica and Taishul, had everyone dancing like no one was watching. And keeping the flow smooth and vibrant was the ever-charismatic Vihaan Chandeliya, whose anchoring had everyone hooked from start to finish.

But the real magic? It wasn’t just in the music or on the dance floor. It was in the conversations, the shared tips, the laughs and the collective excitement to learn and to collaborate.

Day 2: Learning, Networking and Inspiration

On day two of VoiceCon 2025, the morning began with a heartfelt flag hoisting ceremony, symbolising unity among India’s creative voices; a perfect way to set the tone for a day focused on learning, networking and inspiration.

Sessions at VoiceCon 2025 were nothing short of a masterclass in hosting, voice artistry and event management. Starting with The Corporate Junction, attendees got insights from veterans like Anuj Gurwaram, Sahithya Jagannathan, Aman Sharma, Pall Oberoi and Sahil Bajaj on handling corporate shows: the challenges, preparations and execution nuances. Imagine standing in a room, soaking up real-life lessons on high-pressure hosting while picking up practical hacks from those who’ve done it all.

Speaking of Anuj  Gurwara, his Personal Branding workshop was like a recharge for the professional identity. From his beginnings as RJ “Recharge” Anuj in Hyderabad to voicing Marvel’s Falcon in Hindi and lending his magic to ad films, games and TV, his session reminded everyone that your voice isn’t just a sound, it’s your signature.

Next up, Lights, Camera, Action explored the difference between live stage hosting and hosting in front of the camera. With insights from Charu Sharma, Aman Sharma and Sachin Kunbhar, the session dissected every nuance, from body language to pacing, leaving attendees armed with tips that you don’t usually find in textbooks.

Collaboration was at the heart of Power Collaborations of the Entertainment Industry, where Pritesh Sharma, Ashish Sengar, Rajnish Rathi (from Wedding Affair), Mayur Agarwal, Hitender Sharma and Sidharth Joshi, moderated by Manish Sharma, showcased how anchors, event managers and vendors can join forces to create unforgettable moments. It was like watching a masterclass in teamwork; a reminder that creativity multiplies when shared.

Voice on Air, featuring RJ Tuhin, RJ Rocky, RJ Devangana, RJ Yuv, and RJ Sufi, was a deep dive into the life of RJs, performing their best without seeing the audience, mastering voice modulation and connecting emotionally through sound alone. It was inspiring, eye-opening, and yes, a little envy-inducing if you’ve ever wished your own voice could carry that kind of magic.

The wedding scene took centre stage in Band Baaja Baarat, where Girish Sharma, Dinesh Soni, Priyanka Bhalla Dua, Deepali Vijay and Ujjwal Pareek, moderated by Ajit Singh, shared insights into family dynamics and energised every function with a vibrant vibe. It wasn’t just advice; it was storytelling gold from the frontlines of India’s wedding industry.

And because VoiceCon loves a little quirk, Chalo Kuch Khurraafati Karte Hain had RJ Nitin Khurrafati sharing his journey, sprinkling humour with wisdom, making you laugh while also taking notes on what it really takes to shine as an emcee.

Finally, Khul Ja Sim Sim with Hussain Kuwajerwala reminded everyone that even a TV icon can teach fresh lessons in conversation, engagement and presence. From iconic shows to live hosting, his insights were a masterclass in charm, energy and connection.

So, what’s the takeaway? Learning, collaboration and celebration weren’t just buzzwords; they were the pillars of the entire experience. You leave with new techniques, potential collaborators and memories that feel like inspiration on steroids.
