The 8th edition of the FDCI presents Hyundai India Couture Week has been eventful so far, with glam, glitz and extraordinary fashion shows. The week started with a bang with the opening show of Rahul Mishra’s Becoming Love, where Tamannaah Bhatia walked as a muse. The 2nd day saw Tara Sutaria walking in an 18k gold corset for Roseroom by Isha Jajodia and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni for designer Suneet Varma.
The weekend of India Couture Week 2025 started with Amit Aggarwal’s Arcanum—an exploration of deeper systems: time, transformation, symbiosis.
The second show on day 3 was by Falguni Shane Peacock. For the first time in 12 years, actor Akshay Kumar walked on the ramp in a regal sherwani and his signature swag.
On day 4 of ICW 2025, designer Tarun Tahiliani presented his collection Quintessence, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship wrapped in the luxury of couture.
The most awaited and talked-about event was the Manish Malhotra Couture Party on Saturday. The ace designer brought drama with his spectacular showcase on the ramp. Victoria’s Secret angel, supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, walked as a showstopper for the show.
Designer Ritu Kumar presented Threads of Time: Reimagined, starring actress Bhumi Pednekar as the showstopper.
The last show of Day 5 of India Couture Week was Shantnu & Nikhil’s Metropolis, where multiple celebrities, including Arjun Rampal, Rajummar Rao and Jim Sarbh graced the front row.
