How have guest expectations changed over the years, and how has your hotel adapted to these changes?
There has definitely been a shift in the guests’ expectations over the years, where guests are seeking more curated experiences, are conscious about sustainability and crave meaningful stays. We take this into

How do you keep up with trends in the luxury hotel industry? How do you incorporate the latest trends into the destination wedding experience?
We keep pace with evolving luxury hospitality trends by focusing on personalisation and immersive experiences. We incorporate these elements into our destination weddings through suggested décor, curated menus and bespoke celebrations that reflect each couple’s style. We ensure the celebration is both luxurious and personal by blending a thoughtful service style.
What are your short-term and long-term goals for the hotel?
The hotel has seen a great year of ramp-up all through last year and the current short-term plan is to leverage on the same by a deeper market penetration and increase round-the-year room occupancies at the hotel. We have also seen a great number of
residential weddings throughout last year and the aim is to maximise on the same. In the long term, the aim is to become the market leader and the hotel of choice in our location. There are plans to increase room capacity in the years to come, along with the upgradation of catering facilities.
Are there any upcoming projects, expansions, or renovations that you’re excited about?
We have plans to increase the hotel room inventory by another 30 rooms to increase the total rooms to 100. It will also allow us to increase the residential wedding numbers to 300 guests. We also have plans to develop another banquet hall to add to the hotel’s function capacity.
