Novotel Goa enters a new phase in the hospitality industry with the appointment of seasoned leader, Amit Sangwan, as the new Cluster General Manager for Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, the two most prominent properties for leisure, celebration and elevated hospitality.
With close to two decades of experience, Amit Sangwan brings a leadership that seamlessly balances operational excellence with an excellent understanding of guests. He has an approach which suits a destination like Goa, bustling with guests, perfectly.
In this new role, he will oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, and commercial growth of both of these top hotels. The main focus will be on strengthening brand positioning, elevating the guest experience, and driving sustainable growth across the leisure, MICE, and food and beverage segments, an area in which he has notable expertise. His major goal will be to achieve all this while maintaining a refined yet relaxed image of the hospitality sector in Goa.
