Carrying over two decades of experience in hotel operations, events and convention management, guest experience, and revenue growth, Prashanth is a capable leader in the hospitality industry. Due to this, he brings with him a strong ability to perform operations while aligning brand excellence to deliver memorable hospitality services for guests.
In his last role at The Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, Prashanth successfully led operations in a large-scale convention and luxury hotel environment. And during his time at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, he managed to uplevel the service delivery, guest satisfaction, and premium dining experiences across a complex property structure, included with convention facilities and multiple F&B outlets.
