Before entering hospitality, her professional journey was equally distinguished. She built a successful career in finance in both the manufacturing and service sectors. She is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. She holds an Executive Master’s degree from IIM Lucknow and completed executive programs in Strategic Hospitality Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management at Cornell University. Beyond her professional and academic achievements, she is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a trained classical dancer. She has led many projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and improving guest experience. Her diligence has earned her several accolades, including Middle East General Manager of the Year and a place among the 30 Best GMs in the UAE.
