Elon Musk and singer Canadian singer Grimes welcomed a son in their life on May 4, Monday, and the world has been baffled with and busy decoding the name ever since. Musk said it was ‘X Æ A-12’ but it was actually on Thursday when the Tesla and SpaceX founder appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast when he confirmed the baby boy’s name’s pronunciation. Before this, the internet had flooded with various interpretations of how the name would be pronounced and what the actual name could be.

Within her tweet, Grimes had mistyped SR-17 instead of SR-71, but Musk corrected her in another tweet, writing, “SR-71, but yes.” To this, the Canadian singer had replied, “I am recovering from surgery and barely alive so may my typos b forgiven but, damnit. That was meant to be profound.”
Now, on Thursday, Musk actually pronounces the baby name on the podcast. “How do you say the name?” Rogan asked. “Is it a placeholder?” Musk said the name is pronounced, just how as it looks and pronounced it, “X Ash A Twelve”. “First of all, my partner’s the one that mostly came up with the name,” Musk said of Grimes. “I mean it’s just X, the letter X, um, and the ‘Æ’ is pronounced, ‘Ash,’ and then, A-12 is my contribution.” He went on to say that A-12 stood for “Archangel 12, the precursor to the SR-71, coolest plane ever.”

Simmer milk on a low flame for at least 15 to 18 minutes till the milk reduces and thickens. Then add sugar and let it dissolve. Then mix the rice flour with milk to a smooth paste. Also, add the cardamom powder. Then cook till the mixture thickens. Then switch off the flame and add almond paste or almond powder/meal. Once cooled, add the mango puree and sliced pistachio. Making headway towards providing the relief to the feelings of the brunt of business losses, the CBIC has made this move of allowing such refund. The move comes as an attempt to mitigate losses for the aforementioned industries due to the extended nationwide lock-down, now till May 3, owing to the spread of COVID-19 virus.
This latest move will help the industries cushion the shocks of the business loss faced by such industries as this move will help them improve their liquidity position in the market. The CBIC released a circular on April 13 clarifying the details of the move. The circular states – in case GST is paid by the supplier on advances received for a future event which got cancelled subsequently and for which invoice is issued before the supply of service, the supplier is required to issue a “credit note”.
According to the industry experts, this move has come to the rescue for companies that had especially suffered post furnishing full refunds to consumers because of cancellations, either from the company side or the consumer side, to prevent the spread of COVID-19. “In cases where there is no output liability against which a credit note can be adjusted, registered persons may proceed to file a claim under “Excess payment of tax, if any,” the circular also stated.
