Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaya Udaipur has announced the appointment of Upender Singh Tomar as the new General Manager.

Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur has named Upender Singh Tomar as its new General Manager—a milestone for both his career and the property’s leadership team. A seasoned hotel executive with over 15 years of expertise in delivering exceptional experiences and fostering operational excellence, Upender began his journey in hospitality in 2006 as a WelcomLegionnaire. He holds credentials from the esteemed ITC Hospitality Management Institute (formerly Welcomgroup Management Institute) and has completed the LEAD Programme at IIM Ahmedabad, specialising in strategic and commercial acumen.

Throughout his career, Upender has served in leadership roles across iconic ITC Hotels such as ITC Sonar (Kolkata), ITC Grand Chola (Chennai), ITC Maratha (Mumbai), ITC Gardenia (Bengaluru), and ITC Kakatiya (Hyderabad). In each, he has cultivated service excellence, built high-performing teams, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
