The London Fashion Week completed 40 years in 2024. This historic event first took place in 1984 in the car park of the Commonwealth Institute in Kensington. A celebratory venue for fashion and discovery, the fashion week puts the spotlight on London as one of the fashion capitals and the designers who make it so.

Held twice in February and September, it rejuvenates the fashion industry with the stage it sets for fashion to go forward. This year’s London Fashion Week was held from 12-17 September. It delved into a variety of themes and featured exemplary debut showcases from designers around the world.Â

Featuring suits, trousers, jackets and skirts the collection combined masculinity and femininity to create eccentric designs.Â
