Singer Darshan Raval recently tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend and “best friend”, Dharal Surelia in an emotional and memorable ceremony. On Saturday evening, the 30-year-old singer took to Instagram to share a series of photos from his wedding ceremony with the caption: “My best friend forever ”
For the ceremony, the singer adorned an ivory sherwani while Dharal picked a regal red lehenga with emerald, pearl and ruby studded bridal jewellery. Darshan, now an established Bollywood playback singer rose to fame as a contestant in the singing reality show, ‘India’s Next Raw Star’ in 2014. Although he finished as runner-up, losing to Odisha’s Rituraj Mohanty, the show worked as a doorway for him to enter Bollywood. Later in 2015, the singer made his Bollywood debut with the hit ‘Chogada’ from ‘Loveyatri’, and went on to sing various other hits such as ‘Kabhi Tumhe’ from ‘Shershaah’, ‘Dhindora Baje Re’ from ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ and the most recent hit, ‘Soni Soni’ from ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’.

Darshan’s Pehli Mohabbat Dharal is an architect, design entrepreneur, and colourist, according to her social media bio. She shared additional photos from one of her pre-wedding photoshoots with Darshan on her Instagram, captioning them “My safe place ” The couple is seen posing for pictures together in a pink saree and ivory kurta.
