The Association of East Event Managers Fraternity (AEEMF) proudly hosted Confluence 2023, a grand event for event managers and associates from the industry. The extravagant event was held from August 1st to 4th, 2023 at the ultra-luxurious property, Ananta Resort and Spa in Jaipur. The three-day extravaganza was filled with knowledge-sharing, networking and entertainment, making it an unforgettable experience for all the attendees.
The event started on an enthusiastic note with a spectacular Rangilo Rajasthan welcome dinner at Shiv Vilas, featuring the folk fusion band “Beats of Rajasthan” which effortlessly reflected the authentic culture and beauty of Rajasthan. The evening was hosted by the legendary Marwari anchor, Mr. Dinesh Soni, and co-hosted by Ms. Samrangee Khandelwal. The camaraderie of the anchors brightened the event and filled the room with joy and laughter. The second day inclined towards knowledge-boosting sessions. It started with an engaging Talk Show moderated by anchor, actor, and speaker Ms. Geetika Ganju Dhar in coordination with emcee Ms. Aakriti Aanand Singh. The Talk Show at Confluence 2023 featured a wide range of topics and discussions, including the themes of “Dream, Dare, Deliver,” and covered areas such as destination weddings, photography, experiential events, hotel and resort presentations, and the power of association.
Later, the evening transformed into a lively Bolly Sufi night and Bollywood singing duo Shadab Faridi and Altamash Faridi owned the stage with their acoustical play. After soft-pleasing music, the event was taken a notch higher with rejuvenating beats and energetic jamming by the rocking band Bolly Jammers and DJ Veronika. The event was cordially hosted by Anchor Arpita Choudhary and Anurima. The third day featured a Monsoon carnival of entertainment, hosted by emcees Manish Sharma and Ankit Shaw and, a powerful performance by DJ Jimmy, DJ Imran, DJ Sonali Katyal, Rapper Maddy and percussionist Darpan Dua. The day concluded with a blockbuster performance by Bollywood singer Amaal Mallik, Bang Dudes, DJ Imran & DJ Jimmy, Evening and Mementoes presentations were hosted by celebrated emcees Preeti Kathpal and Nidhi Shukla.
AEEMF, established in 2020 and formally launched on November 11th, 2021, is an association of East India Event Managers. Its mission is to unite event managers from East India under a single umbrella for enhanced networking and collaboration. AEEMF operates under the leadership of President Mr. Geetesh Agarwal, Co-Vice Presidents Mr. Vijay Bokadia and Mr. Vishnu Muchhal, Secretary Mr. Saurav Bajaj, Joint Secretary Mr. Raghav Singhania, Treasurer Mr. Rohit Agarwal, Joint Treasurer Mr. Vivek Agarwal, and Founder Executive Members Mr. Ankur Garg, Mr. Ashutosh Khemka, and Mr. Raj Jaria. The association launched its membership drive on June 27th, 2023.
Confluence 2023, the second edition of this outbound trip for event managers, aimed to showcase the potential of Ananta Spa & Resort and other nearby properties in Jaipur for weddings and corporate events. The vision of this event was to articulate that Jaipur is an exotic destination for grand weddings, events and celebrations due to its top-notch properties, availability of every element required in a wedding and proximity. The event provided a platform for various industry vendors, including photographers, choreographers, anchors, artists, caterers, and more to emphasise their integral role in the industry, connect and to understand the dynamics of the wedding industry. AEEMF expressed its commitment to exploring new destinations for such conferences in the future.
