The grand celebration of the 23rd season of the International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as IIFA was held at the golden shores of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi on 26th May and 27th May 2023. The two days event witnessed the glitz, glam and elegance of Bollywood. The award night of the Indian film soirée honours iconic Bollywood films and contributors of the film industry.

The colossal night of entertainment and glamour on international soil was hosted by the power duo Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal. The constant level of high energy and spontaneous humour kept the audience entertained. Bollywood divas enchanted the audience with their awe-inspiring dance performances. Nora Fatehi set the stage on fire with her dance performance in a coral dress with frills. Jacqueline Fernandez showed her electrifying dance moves in a gleaming silver silhouette. The audience could not resist the utter charm and cuteness of Rakul Preet while she danced in a white dress. Kriti Sanon accompanied the dance troupe, The Quick Style who gained a lot of fame for their moves on many social media platforms and mesmerized the audience. The charismatic actors of Bollywood left no stone unturned and stunned the audience with their power-packed dance performances. The fantastic trio of Bollywood, Vicky Kaushal, Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan grooved to the latter’s song, Ek Pal Ka Jeena. Salman Khan gave an unforgettable showstopper performance on the stage wearing a lungi. Varun Dhawan exuded energetic dance moves. Music maestro, Badshah, Amit Trivedi and Sunidhi Chauhan showcased incredible talent on the stage as they entertained the audience with their soothing voice. Many stars won accolades and shared laughter, banter and unforgettable moments. Veteran actor Kamal Haasan received a standing ovation at IIFA 2023 when he was facilitated with the award for Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema by A.R. Rahman.

Bollywood stars graced the glittering night with their stupendous looks. Sara Ali Khan wore a red ensemble with ruffles and arrived with her co-star Vicky Kaushal who wore an evergreen black pantsuit. Mouni Roy looked captivating in an exclusive white dress. Esha Gupta wore a sultry black gown with a high slit and cut-outs at the waist. Rashi Khanna arrived in a blingy pink dress with cut-outs. Genelia D’Souza showed her desi flair and wore a black saree, she also added huge earrings and oxidized headgears which stole all the attention. Her husband, Riteish Deshmukh looked all suited and booted in a white and black pantsuit. Anil Kapoor showed up in a suave off-white pantsuit.
