Paris Haute Couture Week 2024

The Spring/Summer 2024 season of Paris Haute Couture Week started with a bang on 22nd January 2024. The pinnacle event in the fashion world, Paris Haute Couture showcased the most exquisite and luxurious creations. Paris Haute Couture Week offers a platform to the crème da la crème of fashion designers, celebrities and elite clientele to showcase their talent and foster their business. The four-day-long event was a perfect blend of glamour and grandeur. Featuring an extraordinary display of creativity, luxury and inclusivity, spectacular fashion moments were served on the runway. The event started on Schiaparelli’s runway, where the stars were out in full force. The star-studded crowd included Zendaya who wore a cinched outfit with a sculptural train, Jennifer Lopez adorned in a textured white coat paired with black tights and Rihanna rocking a monochromatic look at Dior. 

The next day kick started with the renowned brand Chanel where front-rowers including Naomi Campbell, Kendrick Lamar and Lucy Boynton sported the house tweed. The highly-anticipated Jean Paul Gaultier show, with Simone Rocha as guest designer, saw Kylie Jenner make her grand entrance in a sheer dress, alongside the likes of Kelly Rutherford, Noah Cyrus and Baz Luhrmann. Zendaya, Demi Moore and Reese Witherspoon, who brought her daughter Ava Phillippe, caused a stir at Fendi, before a Kar-Jenner take over at Maison Margiela, with Kim, Kris and Kylie arriving en masse to take in John Galliano’s fabulous spectacle.

Whether it was the Kardashian crew at Maison Margiela, Rihanna in a voluminous black brocade puffer jacket at Dior, Lucy Boynton at Chanel, or Glenn Close and Gwyneth Paltrow at Giorgio Armani Privé, the week certainly showcased the industry’s most elite and decadent looks — both on and off the catwalks. It was also a family affair as Kris Jenner appeared alongside daughters Kylie and Kim Kardashian at Maison Margiela, Kylie Jenner and daughter Stormi Webster arriving hand-in-hand to Valentino, and Reese Witherspoon and Ava Phillippe photographed together at Fendi. Kim Kardashian showed off her curves in a black netted dress at the Maison Margiela show. Mother-daughter duo Reese Witherspoon and Ava Phillippe posed together at the Fendi show. 

The event was a star-studded extravaganza which saw prominent names in Hollywood basking in the latest high-end fashion trends jetted to the city of love. The surreal fashion moments marked new benchmarks for the upcoming fashion fiestas.
