India Today explains that the custom-made couture lehenga was a collaborative effort between the bride and the designer. It also shined with hand-embroidered and hand-cut organza flowers, French knots in silk floss, delicate Siam-red crystals and layer upon layer of threadwork. The exquisite masterpiece took 3,720 man-hours and 110 embroiderers from Kolkata to create. She had also paired it with Sabyasachi heritage jewellery and mangalsutra.
