It was a soulful union of a match made in heaven when Khushboo and Abhishek Singla tied the knot on November 25, 2020, at Zorba Resorts in Abohar. The grandeur of the wedding ceremonies was also reflected in the smiles shared by the friends and family who witnessed the union. Twenty-six-year-old Khushboo is the daughter of Mrs Parveen and Mr Lalit Airen, and twenty-eight-year-old Abhishek is the son of Mrs Suman and Mr Pawan Singla.
The bride, who is a Mathematics lecturer at a private college, looked stunning in red for her wedding ceremony. Her natural beauty accentuated by a gorgeous red embroidered lehenga was a sight to behold. On the other hand, the groom, an assistant manager with Punjab National Bank, complemented the bride with his princely attire. His off-white sherwani with red accents perfectly augmented the charm of the regal couple.
The couple’s love story is as sweet as their wedding ceremony. Khushboo and Abhishek Singla decided to get hitched after four years of dating from their college days. They studied in colleges close to each other. Abhishek first saw and fell for Khushboo when he saw her at an evening basketball practice at his college. “I first saw her in the playground, liked her and wanted to talk but couldn’t muster the courage to start the conversation,” said Abhishek. “One day during the sports festival, a common friend introduced me to her. We started talking and eventually became friends. We started dating and after four years, I proposed her and introduced her to my parents”
Their wedding was preceded by a beautiful Haldi ceremony. They also arranged a bit of fun and frolic for everyone in the form of a cocktail party. A total of 100 guests attended the wedding, and all the arrangements were made keeping the COVID restrictions in mind. As mentioned before, the wedding was celebrated at The Zorba in Abohar, a venue that enhances the grace of all the moments and the memories for the whole life.
