Twenty-one-year-old Brooklyn Beckham, the oldest child of David and Victoria Beckham, confirmed his engagement to 25-year-old Nicola Peltz, recently. And the internet can not keep chill since then. David and Victoria Beckham celebrated the happy news on Instagram.
“Two weeks ago, I asked my soulmate to marry me. And she said yes. xx I am the luckiest man in the world,” he wrote. H posted this along with a picture of both of them locked in an embrace. Clearly visible on Peltz’s left hand in the photo is a ring. “I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day ❤️ I love you baby xx.”
David Beckham shared the couple’s engagement photo, which Harper Beckham had apparently clicked. Dad David wrote, “Congratulations to these two beautiful people ♥️ As they begin this exciting journey together we are so so happy for you guys @brooklynbeckham @nicolaannepeltz @victoriabeckham ♥️.”
Mom Victoria also excitedly celebrated the news. She wrote, “The MOST exciting news!! We could not be happier that @brooklynbeckham and @nicolaannepeltz are getting married! Wishing you so much love and a lifetime of happiness 🙏🏻We all love you both so much x @davidbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven 💕.”

Peltz’s IMDB roles date back to 2006. But she got her breakthrough role when she played Katara in the 2010 film, The Last Airbender. From 2013-2015, she played Bradley Martin in the A&E drama series and prequel to Psycho (1960), Bates Motel. She’s also been in Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014).
The Couple’s First Meet and Romance
Per Metro News, rumours of a romance between Beckham and Peltz first started in October. They reportedly left Leonardo DiCaprio’s Halloween party together. This caught attention on October 27, 2019. The two apparently had so much fun with each other at DiCaprio’s party that they reportedly left together to grab a late-night dinner at The Standard Hotel.
Dinner apparently also rang success. This is because the also hit yet another Halloween party the next night together. This time at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.
Metro UK reported that Brooklyn started dating Bates Motel star Peltz in November 2019. The couple went Instagram official in January 2020.
March 4, 2020, marked Beckham’s 21st birthday and his family threw a lavish party for him in England. Peltz had her presence in all of the pictures he posted from the night. This made it clear she logged in some major hang time with his family. She clearly had a great time, herself, as she posted a series of photos from the night alongside the caption, “the most beautiful night celebrating Brooklyn 🤍.”
The Engagement
Discussing Peltz’s engagement ring, The Pearl Source‘s Leon Rbibo tells bazaar.com, “I’d estimate the diamond to be around 5 carats set in a classic solitaire style—exactly what you’d want with a gemstone of that quality and size. The simplicity of the band makes the stone the star, and that’s how it should be… a diamond will never be out of style.”
As reported by E! News, the couple’s engagement portrait truly was a family affair as Peltz was photographed wearing a dress by Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria Beckham.
