Virgil Abloh dressed the audio options in an embossed Monogram pattern complete with vibrant neon green flower details. He did it drawing from the animated creation of his recent Spring/Summer 2021 collection for the fashion house. The Louis Vuitton earphones have been created in collaboration with lauded New York-based audio company, Master & Dynamic. The earphones offer 30 hours of high-quality audio, noise-cancelling and ambient listening modes and advanced connectivity. Adding to the ease of usage, the earphones come complete with a special charging case. This is capable of wireless induction charging.

The Style Launch

Along with the digital Tambour Horizon watch, the Horizon wireless earphones serve as the latest in Louis Vuitton’s timeless values of luxury, to its spirit of travel and outstanding creativity. The Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones “Black/Neon Green” were also available to pre-order online at Louis Vuitton’s website October 14 with an in-store launch that soon followed on October 16.

The Features

These Louis Vuitton Horizon Wireless Earphones combine strong design with some of the best sound quality on the market. Supplied also with a contemporary charging case in sandblasted stainless steel, they feature noise-cancelling and ambient-listening modes, alongside extended autonomy and wireless inductive charging. Festive and feminine, another red version is signed with red LV initials inside a polished gold-coloured stud.

Virgil Abloh Touch

One of the hottest names in contemporary fashion, Virgil Abloh has made history as the first African American to take the helm at industry giant Louis Vuitton. Although he may be very popular for his industrial style and huge price-tags, Abloh’s understanding of design and creative passion goes beyond clothing.

Although fashion seems to be his forte, Abloh has also demonstrated his skills in a number of other areas. He has designed furniture for both Ikea and Off-White’s own homeware line, Grey Area. He created contemporary simple pieces with a number of quirky features. These include a chair with one leg elevated by an added doorstop. He also worked with luggage company Rimowa to produce a limited edition transparent suitcase, which probably speeds up airport security.
