Natural ways to get rid of stretch marks before your wedding

Along with the weight lose also comes stretch marks and scars which appear on the skin due to  excessive weight fluctuation are mostly dreaded by almost every woman out there making her conscious of flaunting her skin. As a matter of fact, stretch marks never completely go away but yes, they can be reduced and lightened out to a great extent.

Exfoliate with a Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrubs are natures  natural exfoliant, and they help get rid of dead cells and brighten your skin as exfoliation helps increase the skin’s healing capacity. To use it, mix raw sugar with a small amount of almond oil and lemon juice until an applicable scrub like consistency is gained. Apply it directly on your skin and massage and wash it off and moisturize as usual. 

Vitamin E Oil

From hair care to skin treatment, the use of Vitamin E oil is one remedy that works wonders every time. It is known for its antioxidant properties that help reduce skin damage, prevents aging and skin inflammation and of course, helps in healing scars and stretch marks. Just take a few Vitamin E capsules, cut them up and extract the oil out of them. You can either massage the oil directly onto your skin or mix it with aloe vera gel or coconut oil and apply that.

Lemon Juice and turmeric 

Lemon which is high in acidic content is a super simple way to reduce your stretch marks. Cut the lemon into slices and add it with turmeric to make a paste and apply it directly and massage well. Leave it on your skin for 10 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Later moisturize well.

Coconut oil 

Consistently applying virgin coconut oil to the skin, either alone or with other emollient oils, may help reduce the occurrence of stretch marks or speed their healing. It may also help to diminish their appearance.
