It’s Friday today, which means another Bollywood film hits the big screens. It is Kangana Ranaut’s much-awaited film Panga that got released and Kangana Ranaut impressed everyone yet again. The plot of the film revolves around a young girl who aspires to get back into the Kabaddi team. The film delicately deals with all that the girl faces and fights against to fulfil her dream. The story is interesting and the character of Jaya is well portrayed by Kangana Ranaut. Jaya has a family and works for the Railways. Although she is content with her current situation, she misses playing kabaddi.

In some ways, the film can be compared to Mary Kom as both the films deal with the theme that in a sportswoman’s life her skill is the most important thing and that family, love and children shouldn’t affect her sport. The film tells the story in a soft way without being too preachy and that is the beauty of this film. The dialogues of the film are excellently written by Nikhil Mehrotra. Each and every character in the film has played their role well and that is the strength of the film.

The film is an absolute must-watch. The climax of the film shall certainly have you thinking. It does it job well in the story that it wants to narrate and instil emotions of hope and optimism.  It tells the story in an effortless manner and makes us rethink as to why we fit into a single role when one can be much more than that. All in all, the film is going to bring a smile on your face and if you decide to go for this film you are sure to get your money’s worth.
