Before storing the lehenga make sure to iron out any creases. Before you iron the lehenga, place a muslin cloth over it and put the iron at the lowest temperature. Be very gentle as the cloth is quite delicate.
Folding the lehenga correctly is very important. Wrong folds can damage the work of the lehenga.You can also place sheets of tissue papers or soft fabrics like muslin cloth between the folds so that the embroidery does not rub against each other or get tangled.
