Keeping a clean and tidy workspace is very important when it comes to productivity. Clutter oftentimes causes stress (even if you don’t initially realize it)- and who needs more stress during quarantine? Taking a few minutes to put papers away and throw away trash from the day before has numerous benefits.

Research show social interaction really improve our health and well-beings. But too much of it could also causes stress, especially for some of us who are introvert. Keep your daily interactions at an optimal level is key. Many of us are missing family and friends during this time. And while we have to socially distance ourselves physically, it doesn’t mean you can’t still FaceTime and call your loved ones!

If you’re having a hard time dealing with quarantine that’s happening and feeling sad, worried, or anxious, you may want to reflect and journal how you’re feeling. You can also reflect on the positive things that have happened this year.
