Summers are here in all it’s glory and we aren’t complaining either. As much as we love the seasonal changes, we love our skin as well. As a result, it becomes really important to take care of our skin. Drinking loads of water, eating tonnes of fruits and avoiding oily food is surely the way to go but then what about the external nutrition?

It’s really important to keep your skin hydrated during summers. Apart from drinking water be sure to use a good moisturiser. Start your day with a gentle facewash, wait for it to dry before applying a good moisturiser. Follow it up with a sunscreen (SPF 30 at least). If you have oily skin skip the moisturiser and directly apply the sunscreen. Sunscreen is a must at all costs.
